01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tk1991 website and its related services. Registering with tk1991, opening an account, or beginning to use the service means you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users residing in Bangladesh and Bengali-speaking users. The Bengali version shall be considered final for the purposes of any interpretation.

tk1991 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the amended Terms. It is therefore advised to review this page regularly.

02 Membership and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to register with tk1991:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of identity may be requested at any time to verify age.
• A person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity, device, IP address, or payment method may result in all accounts being suspended.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• tk1991 reserves the right to reject any registration application or to verify existing accounts.
• If account details change (such as mobile number or payment account), the support team must be notified immediately.

03 Account Management

Each account is entirely personal. Sharing your account login details, password, or OTP with anyone else is prohibited. The member is solely responsible for the security of their account.

Login Security

Use a strong password and change it regularly. Logging out after a session on a public or shared device is mandatory. If an unauthorised person accesses your account, notify the tk1991 support team immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

tk1991 may at any time request a government-issued ID, mobile number verification, or proof of payment account for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

tk1991 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made only from payment accounts registered in the member's own name — transactions from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing while a bonus is active.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus offers at tk1991 are subject to specific conditions. It is important to read the relevant terms in full before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳3,000 — before withdrawing, bets of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

Weekly Reload Bonus

Under the weekly tk1991 reload bonus, a 50% bonus on any deposit can be claimed once per week, up to ৳5,000 — wagering requirement 15 times, minimum deposit ৳500.

General Bonus Terms

• Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the relevant wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly allow it.
• A bonus may only be used on specified games or categories — check the details of each offer.
• Attempting to claim bonuses fraudulently may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
• tk1991 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

06 Game Rules

All games available at tk1991 — slots, live casino, fishing, cricket and other sports betting — are governed by the rules of their respective providers. Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or live events and cannot be altered.

• If a technical error results in an abnormal payout, that transaction will be considered void.
• If a bet or game round is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the server record will be considered final.
• In sports betting, bets placed after an event has started will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• Multiple bets by the same member on opposite sides of a single betting market are not permitted.

07 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are a direct violation of tk1991's rules and may result in permanent account closure:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Using multiple accounts to meet bonus requirements.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Knowingly exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Engaging in fraudulent or threatening behaviour toward tk1991 staff.
• Attempting to influence the outcome of any game or event.

08 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension and Closure

tk1991 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete verification or provision of false information.
• Prolonged inactivity (no login or transaction for more than 12 months).
• Direction from a court or government authority.

A member may also request account closure at any time. If all active bonus wagering requirements are not met before closure, those bonuses will be cancelled. Any verified balance will remain eligible for withdrawal.

11 Limitation of Liability

tk1991 is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from the following:

• Internet disconnection or technical failures beyond the member's control.
• Issues with third-party software or a game provider's servers.
• Losses resulting from the member's own negligence or sharing login details with others.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.

tk1991's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.

12 Changes and Amendments

tk1991 reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be informed via a notice on the website or by email.

Continued use of the service after updated Terms are published will be considered the member's acceptance of the new Terms. If a member does not agree to any change, they may close their account.
